Rookie Renovations

Property development our way - making money to fund a trip round the world. We've saved some money but need more funds for our travels so we're taking a calculated risk and putting our savings into renovating a property or two to make the extra cash before we go. We haven't done anything like this before - we haven't even bought a house before - so it's all new to us and from today we'll be posting as we learn, everything from finding our property, buying it, renovating it and selling it on.
